Long or maxi dresses never have been my thing, actually I have never wear any long dress…Till i found this beauty…I went on a vintage hunting some weeks ago in one of the local flea markets. It’s a real antic piece. I’m in love with this dress….

Los vestidos largos nunca han sido mi ropa preferida, de hecho nunca me puse un vestido más largo de un poco más de la rodilla, no me preguntes por qué pero a veces es a sí, manías sin más que nunca entenderás. Pero un buen día encontré esta preciosidad cuando hace algunas semanas por ahí de caza en rastros vintage pendencieros me lo encontré. Hubo duras peleas pero salí victoriosa con él. Es una pieza realmente antigua, muy fina…me enamoré de ella a la primera vista…

Lately i got some real vintage treasures, I crossed Spain from north to the south searching for good stuff and I became a lucky owner of  many beautiful vintage clothes. You are gonna find many of them in our shop soon, some of them already find a new home in my closet. Anyway I will share them with you during my outfit posts. 

On the picks above I’m from head to toe in vintage. It’s a short post  ‘cause I’m on the rush,…we still have a shoot with some incredible hand picked vintage pieces and we're getting ready for our big vintage dresses update happening next week so we’re overwhelmed like alwaysssssssssssss ;) and this evening there is a nice vintage event that I’m dying to assist. Como una loca crucé España de norte a sur en la búsqueda de cositas para la tienda y tuve muchísima suerte. Conseguí verdaderos tesoros luchando incansablemente con vendedores malvados, calores sofocantes y fríos aletargantes convirtiéndome con mis victorias en la persona mas feliz del mundo. Muchos de estos preciosos vestidos vintage podrán ser encontrados en nuestra tienda y otros muchos solo podrán ser encontrados en mi armario.  Pero de todas formas os iré mostrando algunos propios aquí en el blog. 

Por hoy ya está bien de escribir, se nos queda un post cortito, pero nos toca todavía sacar super-fotos-fashion para la ropa que aparecerá en la tienda esta semana, y como siempre, liados también haciendo otras tres mil cosas… y todavía encima hay un evento vintage vintage al que me muero por poder asistir así que me piro ya a trabajar. The other day I was comin back home with a friend and we realized that our building is even more vintage than our shop or blog, I mean, this is the real antique treasure. Pure European early 1900s style or even late 1800s. Gracia is full of buildings like this but usually they have been modernized in the last 20 years. One day we will also show you the fronts of some of our favourites buildings of Gracia, our building including. 

At the same level of our building is the home of our lovely neighbour, a 90 years old lady that we always wonder how she can still be alive and kicking so strongly. His home is like a place forgotten over the last 70 years: every furniture and detail is at least from the 50s and I think that they are even older. We always think that she has all this incredible power thanks to the step up on the 3^rd without elevator every day!

El otro día volviendo a casa por la tarde pensamos mi chico y yo hablando entre nosotros que más vintage que nuestra tienda es nuestro portal derruido. Un pequeño edificio de Gracia con una fachada con un diseño vintage impresionante (que ya os mostraré algún otro día en un post sobre las mejores fachadas del barrio) y un portal que parece sacado de la guerra y es que es de hace casi 200 años. 

Al mismo nivel anda el piso de nuestra vecina, una viejecita encantadora que parece que se quedó en la moda de los años 30s, francamente no sabemos cómo todavía puede estar viva, probablemente gracias a subir todos los días hasta un tercero sin ascensor. Bueno no me enrollo más, ¡aquí os dejo algunas fotos!

Here on my blog I will regularly post my style/what I wore posts. This is what I was wearing the another afternoon, almost evening, for catching on the neighbourhood and having some drinks with my chico. That’s what I like the most: Gracia, staying calm, a nice conversation, some drinks and some good company.
