Finally here in Barcelona we have the autumn back. Not that i missed so much those heavy rains and chilly mornings...but i'm not complaing. Now i can wear all my winter jerseys, vests, colorful tights, scarfs...and finally jackets and boots. In the end i'm polish girl that loves so much all this autumn/winter fashion ;) Of course the barcelonian autumn is nothing compares to the polish cold-to-die weather but it's a reason to change a bit the way how we dress and to add some extra staff. For this outfit post i invited Laura. She is the sweetest best model ever! Psychocandy loves her already :)

... y el otoño volvió... a Barcelona, lo que no es mucho decir en general pero si que ha entrado con fuerza y unos días de helarte.. no que lo echase mucho de menos pero bueno, hay que mirarle el lado positivo, ¡para vestir es más bonito! Al fin y al cabo soy polaca y me encantan los jerseys, chalecos, medias coloridas, bufandas sin fín y por supuesto ¡botas y chaquetas! Obviamente el otoño barcelones esta lejos del frío-casi-glaciar de Polonia en el que salir a la calle debería ser considerado pecado pero alguna cosa se sigue necesitando. go go far away...

Lately i was dreaming about a trip. But a real one...i mean the real one is the one that is to go far away ;) but It looks like soon it's gonna happen some of the NOT far away few days trips, that is good, but i'm dreamming about the real one. For sure it's something psychologic with the long distance trips. Even if it's not a first time that you're going to that place it's still so so exciting. It's not even important for how long are you going. Well, follow the phrase 'make your dream come true' i just begin to plan my BIG TRIP. Because is something psychologic with planning a trip as well ;)

Últimamente he estado soñando con un viaje.. pero de lo de verdad, un viaje lejano a algún sitio espectacular, me entran unas ganas... por suerte para quitarme un poco el ansia pronto habrá algunos viajecillos de varios días, pero aún así, por muy  guay que esté no es lo mismo. Es algo psicológico está claro, igualmente puedes encontrar el sitio más bello del mundo a 3 km pero no sé. Incluso cuando es un sitio lejano ya conocido hace mogollón de ilusión, e incluso tampoco importa demasiado durante cuánto tiempo será. Está difícil ahora mismo pero sucederá, hay que seguir los sueños para que se hagan realidad como dice el dicho ¡y por eso mismo yo ya estoy planeandolo en mi mente! ;)

yesterday

Yesterday psychocandy vintage assisted to the second hand  mkt ON THE GARAGE in L' Ovella Negra. The atmosphere was great, we had fun, we sold some amazing vintage blouses and 80's boots. I got there an gorgeous 70's dress that made me so happy! On the way back home we had to cross in the middle of a storm...yeah recently the weather in BCN is just 'you never know..' It was again a nice way to spend Sunday...and it looks like there are comming many autumn Sundays with vintage markets mood...Here we come, psychocandy vintage rules ;)

Ayer psychocandy hizo presencia en el mercadillo de segunda mano ON THE GARAGE en L' Ovella Negra, sitio chulísimo con ambiente chulísimo, vendimos unas cuantas blusas vintage y algunas botas 80s... y por supuesto... también pillé un increíble vestido 70s, ¡muy muy vintage! Cuando volvíamos parecía que iba a caer la del Arca de Noe por lo menos pero no, al final solo llovió y nos pilló un poco de tormenta estruondosa para dar más espectacularidad a la velada vintage. Todavía nos quedan unos cuantos domingos más de puestos por aquí y por allá, ¡parece que el otoño será un poco así! ¡Psychocandy a tope!

It took me so long to make this post...but i literally haven't got any time this week. We got back from Benidorm at Sunday evening...so tired that almost directly we went to the bed. At Monday i went to work, tuesday, wednesday....but it happend a few very nice and important things for psychocandy during this week (!) so it makes me so powerful and happy :)

Benidorm is a crazy place. Just before we went for a festival we saw a documentary film about this city that says that is the second place on the word with skyscrapers. ..just after New York :) It impressed me a lot.We got a nice, rather old school style apartment with an amazing view of the bay. We spent hours chilling out on the terrace admiring that awesome view and having a glass or two before went to the festival spot...We explored the city, the beach and an incredible english breakfast and english lunch every day ;)Yes, this city is completly english even that is in the middle of the Spanish coast.

I didn't take pics at the Dracula Carnival as i wasn't carrying my camera with me at the night. I took some pics on the funtastic BBQ that had place at mid day...

We had  a great time over there, having a party every night, listening good music, dancing...hanging around with friends.

Now we are back in Barcelona with so many projects in the head, full of good energy and diying to do stuff and follow our dreams.

He tardado mogollón en escribir, lo sé... ¡pero no he parado! Desde que llegué de Benidorm el domingo por la noche (¡y directa a la cama!) ha sido currar, currar y currar. Pero ha sido una semana divertida para psychocandy :). Benidorm es más increíble de lo que puede parecer a primeras, nada más comenzar ves sus enormes rascacielos (segunda ciudad por nº de rascacielos en el mundo según un super-documental), acto y seguido ves jubilados. Manadas y manadas de ellos por el paseo marítimo a eso de la llamada la fresquita en super vocabulario español clásico se monta una escena cercana a la estampida de ñúes en el Rey León. En serio, insuperable respecto al nivel de edad. Tercera cuestión el frikismo general de muchos locales de la ciudad y por último los precios. Lugar totalmente perfecto para el Funtastic básicamente. En general a parte de eso, conocimos un poco la ciudad, hicimos el guiri comiendo desayuno inglés y pasando ratos entre salida y salida en nuestra increíble terraza. ¡Ya se acabó (menos mal, tampoco aguanta el cuerpo para muchos días así) y de vuelta con nuevas ideas y mogollón de planes!

We’re already on the way! Yeah…i’m writting directly from the train (but with not internet! so it will be uploaded on... the future!). Luv travelling by train! Gorgeous views from the window to the infinity of the mediteranean sea and  the diversity of the cost. The clouds changing forms and colors, rain is comming …perfect weather for travelling. Anxiously waiting to get to our destiny point: Benidorm, FUNTASTIC DRACULA FESTIVAL!

¡Ya estamos llegando! Escribiendo desde el mismísimo tren (pero sin internet... con que subido desde otro momento.. del FUTURO). Preciosas visas desde la ventana hasta el infinito a través del mar, costas preciosas de playas y acantilados, nubes cambiantes y coloridas, y.. ¡viene la lluvia! Tiempo perfecto para el viaje (¡pero no para la salida!). Ansiosa estoy ya por llegar a nuestro destino... ¡Benidorm! ¡Rascacielos a montón! y.. ¡el Funtastic!
Aquí algunos looks que me han inspirado para pensar en algo chulo que ponerme...

 It's Monday again....not my favourite day of the week since i've got a regular Monday to Friday job...But this laboral week it's actually a special short one as we're going this Thursday to Benidorm's Funtastic Dracula Carnival! for 4 days! Yupiiiiiiii!!!!!I can't wait to get crazy in a rock and roll party and flow with the crowd ;) October sounds like very busy in a pleasure way month! We're waiting a few special friends over here. The last weekend was pretty awesome as well. Friday night we were in our friend's inauguration house party that became almost a rave with two space ambient, jeje...we get bit messy and we had a lot of fun! Saturday was for two punky's concert and 60's after party...that i considere a good trainig just before the festival. Sunday i was dedicated for vintage activities! I went for a couple vintage events that really impressed me. Brick Lane BCN was packed by local fashionists and vintage lovers. So great election of clothes and accesories acompanied with good dj sounds and free bar! In Nostalgie Mercadillo Barcelona there was a little bit of everything, i found a few pairs of freaky shoes and at a soooooo good price. Awesome ;)

Comienzo de semana de nuevo... no mi época favorita desde que tengo un trabajo de horario normal y no en plan loco de nocturnidades o fines de semana. Pero de todas formas esta semana es diferente... ¡muy corta! El fin de semana se nos alarga y ya estoy nerviosa esperando nuestra llegada a Benidorm para el Funtastic Dracula! 4 días de sana locura en (lo que espero que sea) una impresionante fiesta de rock and roll. Después a la vuelta la cosa sigue caldeada y me esperan varias visitas de queridos amigos pero la actitud festiva ya viene del fin de semana anterior... viernes: super "rave" con el mejor pinchadiscos francés del mundo en casa de un amigo, sábado: 2 conciertos punkis y sesión 60s en un pub (¡preparación espiritual para el funtastic!) y domingo de vintage en Brick Lane BCN que francamente me impresionó mucho.. a medio camino entre lo moderno y vintage, ¡con djs y bebida gratis! Después Nostalgie Mercadillo Barcelona, con un poco de todo... de hecho encontré unos zapatos la mar de cucos y a muuuuy buen precio... ¡Ya solo tres días!

I'm obssesed with mixing patterns, colors and different 'styles' in my outfits. I love to wear/ combinate elegant dresses and sneackers, pair polka dots and stripes, sixties skirts and eighties blouses! That's so much fun!!! I found on google the art of mixing styles by others! I think those looks are great!

Here you've got some ways how to do it and to don't look like clown :)

Estoy obsesionada con la mezcla de diferentes tipos de estampados y colores en mis conjuntos. Me encanta combinar vestidos con zapatillas, lunares con rallas, faldas sesenteras con blusas ochenteras y un largo etc.. es divertido, ¡pero hay que controlarse para no parecer una loca! He estado cotilleando un rato en Internet para ver otra gente que le guste hacer estas pamplinas y he encontrado algunas fotos ¡muy muy chulas!
