Lookbook #17 Psychocandy Vintage & Gal

I heard, i'm agree. Life is life. Life is good. No time for posting. Reasons are obvious. I love these reasons.

Well...it looks like the group of talented people in psychocandy's world is growing. Another great colaboration and another amazing lookbook. This time we worked with new friend, and no doubt, a very talented photographer, Gala Serrano. She's an artist, live adventure and sensitive soul. We love her work and we love that girl! Looking forward for more shoots 'by Gal' and unforgettable moments in her company!

Aqui tenemos otra nueva colaboración para este bonito lookbook. Esta vez hecho por Gala Serrano, una nueva amiga con la que esperamos tener más colaboraciones y pasar más buenos momentos junto a ella. Tiene mucho talento y nos encanta como han quedado sus fotos. Ya estamos ansiosos por volver a trabajar con ella! Mil besos Gala!

It's August already...it's time to get back to work! Not that we took holidays and forgot about psychocandy's stuff...but we definitely slowed down a little bit. We've been in Paris for a few days, we're going to the beach on a daily basis and we're having a weekly stand at Picnik Electronic, a music festival that is taking place every summer Sunday on Montjuic. Quite pleasure stuff, more than hard working but still...We prepared a pretty big colection of upcyckled crop tops specialy for that crazy event. We designed a few new cool pieces recently (!!!) and we vintage hunted a lot those days... On the photos below i wore upcycled lace crop, vintage skirt and my favourite vagabond shoes, all black, of course!

Summer it's still here and the city is awesome those days...but it feels so goos to get back to to the game ;)

Ya estamos en Agosto y para Psychocandy toca volver a trabajar! No que nos hayamos tomado vacaciones y nos hayamos olvidado del tema pero sí que nos lo hemos estado tomando con más calma últimamente. Hemos ido a París unos días, vamos mucho a la playa y durante todo el verano un puesto los domingos en Picnik Electronic, un festival que se hace en Montjuic. Aparte de estas cosas molonas hemos preparado una muy buena colección de upcycled crop tops pensando en general en este evento. También estamos diseñando nuevas piezas y buscando el mejor vintage de la cercanía.

En el outfit post llevo: upcycled crop de encajes, falda vintage y, mis zapatos favoritos, vagabond . ¡Todo negro claro!

On the last edition of BLBCN i got this gorgeous handmade cardigan and i knew that it's gonna be my new second skin. It works perfect for those days as the weather it's on crazy roller coaster, changing from the sunny warm summer mood to chilly rainy and ugly in a second. I love the hood and it's so cozy. Here is how i wore it for yesterday afternoon walk to the park.

En la última edición de BLBCN me hice con esta estupenda rebeca larga hecha a mano que ya prácticamente se está convirtiendo en mi segunda piel. Es totalmente perfecta para estos días locos de lluvia, frio y rápidamente cambio a calor y clima primaveral. La capucha que tiene es el toque perfecto! Muy calentita! Os dejo algunas fotos de un outfit del otro día.

I love lace, it's not a secret. I can wear lace for going out on special occasions as much as for casual every day outfit. I bought this dress some time ago on Barcelona's flea market and then i customized it a bit. Vintage colorful jacket it's from my last trip to Brussels, lace tights are from Sisley and sunnies is a gift from my friend back home. Well, spring is coming... it could not be a better time... 

 Me encantan los encajes, ya lo sabe todo el mundo que me conoce por algunas de mis prendas. Los suelo llevar tanto para situaciones más espeiales como más en el día a día. Este en concreto lo compre hace no demasiado en el Flea Market de Barcelona y lo arregle después un poco. La chaqueta vintage colorida es de mi último viaje a Bruselas, las medias de encajes de Sisley y las gafas de sol son un bonito regalo que una amiga. Como la primavera se acerca, no había un mejor momento para este outfit..

We're saying goodbye to winter.. and preparing the best new spring stock ever! March is around the corner full of a great fashion and music events. We're looking forward to enjoy this spring in Barcelona as it looks too good so far!

Ya queda poco invierno y psychocandy está ya preparando lo mejor en vintage para esta primavera! Marzo está al caer lleno de moda y muchos eventos. Esperamos disfrutar mucho esta primavera ya que ya se empieza a vislumbrar increíble!

Hi Guys! We're just back from our vintage haunting trip! We found some spare time for visiting cities (Brussels and Amsterdam!), hung out with friends and to have the best food ever! It was a  blast! oh boy...i'm a traveler junky! Few days abroad and i'm refull of fresh energy and new ideas...and a huge benefit for PsychoCandy! We brought really good vintage and specially boy stuff! :)

Those photos were taken a few fays ago in Barcelona by our friend Ana and edited by PsychoCandy. Ivory blouse and suede caramel jacket are from the new collection and already available in the online shop.

¡Hola buenas gentes! ¡Ya estamos de vuelto de nuestra cacería bruseliana! Y con todo hemos encontrado tiempo de sobra para gastar con los amigos, comer muy bien y beber! Me encantan los viajes, se vuelve con energía y llena de ideas para refrescar la vida y por supuesto... a esto se suma nueva colección para Psychocandy! Especialmente muchas prendas de chico!

first outfit of 2014

Hi Guys! How was your New Year's Eve? ...Gosh, last year was intensive! It was a good year and I'm really thankfull. I hope the 2014 is gona be equally good. Yesterday we went for a dinner to our friends place. The food was delicious, we had few glases of wine and then we went to the beach. We had a mini picnic over there waiting for New Year. Very nice evening in good company, it was the best way to welcome 2014! Today we wake up not too late, we had lunch and went for a walk. For my very first outfit of this year i choose black simple tee and black cotton skirt, vintage flannel shirt and hand made wool hat. The coat is from Burberry and shoes, bagpack and sunnies are vintage, basics from my closet. 

¿Qué tal? ¿Cómo ha ido el fin de año? Por aquí todo muy bien. Cena junto a amigos por Poble Nou con comida deliciosa y unas cuantas copas de vino. Para el último momento del año nos acercamos a la playa con nuestro mini-picnic a esperar el año nuevo. Todo muy bien y con buena compañía, la mejor forma posible de entrar en un año que esperemos sea tan bueno para nosotros como 2013 lo ha sido. Para este primer outfit del año mientras que dabamos un paseo he decidido ir simple. Camiseta y falda negras, camisa de franela y gorro de lana. Un abrigo de Burberry, zapatos, gafas y bolso vintage,  las prendas básicas de mi armario.

For the comming year psychocandy is preparing a huge collection of men vintage clothing and accesories! We've been collecting  the best selection of mens wear since a while and next month we planned two vintage hunting trips outside Spain. I'm sooo excited!

We wanna spoil our men clients with the best stuff ever! First presentation of this special collection is gonna be at the beggining of February. It's very closed so stay tunned!!!! More details are comming soon. Now i leave you with this sneak peak of a great album that my friend gave me some days ago. It's an amazing present full of great inspiration! Thank you Sweety!

Para el próximo año psychocandy tiene preparada su nueva colección... ¡PARA CHICOS! ¡Ropa y accesorios! Desde hace un poco de tiempo ya venimos recolectando las mejores piezas para chicos que te puedas imaginar. ¡Tenemos muchas ganas de realizar nuestra presentación! Además, junto a estas ganas se juntan 2 viajes programados de búsquedas internacionales. ¡Demasiados nervios!

Vamos a traer las mejores prendas imaginables para chicos, con que prestad atención que será para comienzos de febrero. ¡Ya mismo! Pronto daremos más detalles. Por ahora, os dejamos con una vista rápida de un libro de vintage para chicos que me regaló un buen amigo para poderme inspirar.
